Boyd completes purchase of Aliante Casino and Hotel

Boyd Gaming has finalised its acquisition of the Aliante Casino and Hotel in Las Vegas. Opened in 2008, the land-based facility in Nevada will now become part of Boyd in a deal worth $380 million (€339.7 million). Aliante Casino and Hotel is located approximately 13 miles north of the main Las Vegas Strip. Boyd now owns a total of 10 casinos in the Las Vegas area, in addition to sites in Louisiana, Indiana, Iowa, Mississippi, Kansas, and Illinois.
