Everi hands senior business role to Ehrlich

Everi Holdings has appointed Dean Ehrlich as executive vice-president and games business leader.

Everi Holdings has appointed Dean Ehrlich as executive vice-president and games business leader. Ehrlich, who began his new role on January 1, will have direct responsibility for the firm’s games business, including oversight of game development studios and gaming operations. He has taken on the responsibilities from David Lucchese who was recently appointed to the newly created position of executive vice-president, digital and interactive business leader. Ehrlich joins Everi from Scientific Games, where he served in a number of senior positions, including senior vice-president of global gaming operations; vice-president of sales, North America; and executive director product management and strategy. Michael Rumbolz, president and chief executive of Everi, who Ehrlich will report to in his new role, said: “Dean enhances the depth of our games management team as he is a proven leader with significant expertise and experience in the gaming industry. “We expect Dean’s strong management skills along with his extensive gaming industry experience, relationships and knowledge of our customer base will be instrumental in helping us to further execute on our goal to grow the sales and profitability of our games business.” Related article: Everi and Spin Games reveal content and licensing agreement
