Success Dragon appoints Yam as new chief financial officer
Gaming machine service provider Success Dragon has appointed Yam Wan Fung to a variety of roles, including as the company's new chief financial officer.
Yam will also take on the roles of company secretary, authorised representative and process agent. Leung Lai Seung - who currently holds these positions - has tendered her resignation from the roles.
Yam arrives with 15 years of experience within the industry, in addition to his time spent as a practicing member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
A statement from Success Dragon said: “Ms. Leung has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and that she was not aware of other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and the Stock Exchange in connection with her resignation.
“The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its welcome to Mr. Yam for joining the company and its gratitude to Ms. Leung for her valuable contribution to the Company.”
