Centaur’s Vidler takes director role at Jackpotjoy

Jackpotjoy has appointed Andria Vidler, chief executive of Centaur Media, as a non-executive director. Vidler will take on the role from June 7 and also become a member of the firm’s Remuneration Committee. Prior to joining business information group Centaur in 2013, Vidler was chief executive of EMI, UK and Ireland, from 2009 until 2013. Vidler also spent time in senior positions in marketing and commerce for Bauer Media, Capital Radio and the BBC. “Jackpotjoy is an exciting business with great ambitions and I am delighted to be joining the board,” Vidler said. “Following its listing last year, the company has continued to grow its international customer base and has strong ambitions for the future.” Neil Goulden, executive chairman of Jackpotjoy, added: "We are delighted Andria has agreed to join the board; we are excited to be able to draw on her wealth of experience in developing businesses in the media and marketing space, particularly her strong track record of creating technology and digital solutions to engage with consumers and drive loyalty.”
